Privacy policy

LEWS SYSTEM sets out here what is recorded while you use this site and how long it is kept. There are no accounts and no payments, so the only records are your visit and any enquiry you send us by email.

This is a translation. The Korean text is the original and prevails.

Visit records

If you accept, Google Analytics records these with cookies — browser and device, approximate location, pages viewed, time spent, and how you arrived. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address. There is no input form on this site.

IP address

Google uses it to approximate your location. We do not keep it ourselves.

Enquiry email

If you write to info@lewssystem.co.kr, your address and what you wrote remain with us. We use them to reply and to follow up.

There are two purposes — seeing which pages are read so we can improve the site, and answering enquiries.

14 months. Google Analytics deletes data past that age automatically.

One year from the day we receive it.

Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be recovered. Where the law requires a longer period, we keep that record separately for exactly that period and then delete it.

Visit records are collected through Google Analytics, so they are transferred outside Korea. Nothing else is shared or outsourced.

You may refuse this transfer. Choose decline in the band shown on your first visit and no transfer takes place. Declining does not affect your use of this site in any way.

A cookie is a small record stored by your browser. On your first visit a band appears at the bottom of the screen, and no cookie is set until you press accept. Decline and none is set — no visit statistics either. There is no sign-in on this site, so declining takes nothing away.

After you choose

Your choice is kept in your browser and we do not ask again. You can choose again at any time with the button below.

Withdrawing consent

Choose again, then open a fresh page — collection stops from that point.

Google's own browser add-on blocks Analytics specifically — tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop us processing it. Write to info@lewssystem.co.kr and we will act without delay and tell you the outcome. A legal representative or an authorised agent may do the same.

You will not be disadvantaged for asking.

As few people as possible can reach the enquiry mailbox. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), so nothing can be read in transit. Visit records are not stored on our servers — they stay inside Google Analytics.
